Accreditation through CFHC

It is important when choosing the company that you are going to work with that you look at their continuing education and accreditation. Do they stay up to date with the latest information so they can help you in the best way possible? Are they achieving new accreditation and learning new things to put in their tool belt in order to be the best resource to the community that they can be?

SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County is proud that we have accreditation with the Liners Health Institute Critical Facilities Health Care - CFHC.  It requires specialized training for ICRA meeting requirements for the "Environment of Care", the patient population and the built environment. Specifically "Fundamentals of Infection Control for the Healthcare Contractor."  Please contact SERVPRO for any loss or cleaning in a healthcare facility.

E.R.P. for a Church in South Bend

SERVPRO of W.St. Joseph County and South Bend N.E. is a national sponsor of the American Red Cross' Ready Rating Program, and as part of our community service, we are helping local businesses prepare for disasters. We call these E.R.P. (Emergency, Response, Plan) One of the best reasons to start an E.R.P. is because disasters seem to happen when you are away from the office or on vacation. Contained in an E.R.P. are a few of the following: property overview, building access information, contact information, utility information, (shut off locations) and other useful information that we tend to forget about when faced with a tragedy. For more information about starting your E.R.P. today please call SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County and South Bend N.E. at 574-233-8377 to help prepare you in case of a disaster.
